Attestation of Educational Certificates from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Government of the State of Qatar, has issued an Advisory on Attestation of Educational Certificates. That is Embassy attestation for Qatar and Mofa.
Holders of certificates issued from outside the State of Qatar, with effect from 01 June, 2016, will have to submit original Certificate along with its mark sheet. Those need to do Embassy attestation for Qatar and Mofa.
As much as possible after attestation by the Ministry of External Affairs/ Foreign Affairs of country the University and any of the Embassies [Embassy of India, Doha or Embassy of State of Qatar, New Delhi].
so that all the above documents can attest at one time from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Qatar.
Recently the Qatar Authority invalidated Bonafide Certificate to be attested in the month of July 2022
PCC (Police Clearance Certificate) is also compulsory for Qatar VISA.
Certificate attestation as per the new rules implemented recently in January 2015.
Earlier PCC was not require for Qatar attestation.
The process used to be very simple one but now applying for PCC and getting it may take somewhere 4 weeks time.
There after the PCC as well as the educational document has to atteste from the Qatar embassy.
That takes additional 8 working days and not to mention that HRD attestation is also now compulsory for educational certificates.
So another time frame of 14 days may be require for getting the HRD attestation.
And thereafter the certificate can submit to the Qatar Embassy for final embassy attestation.
